The custom channel lets you expose a webhook URL that you can use to create and configure your own custom channels.

You can create up to 10 custom channels for a single bot.

To create a custom channel, go to channels > live channels > custom channel and click CREATE

In the popup window, fill in the requested details and click DONE:

Name: the name you want to give to your custom channel
outgoing webhook url: the url where the channel should point to

At this point the system will generate a specific API key and an outgoing webhook url that you can use to configure your custom channel.

Copy them, and use them to configure your custom channel.
